Coverted Ultra not receiving channels

I recently Converted my Ultra to Pansat 2700, to work on PAS 7/10 @68.5o.
After the upgrade, the system info is as follows:

I have always used Powerscan to search for channels, but when I did after upgrading, I got all the proper transponders I expected to find, but when it came to channel search, I got no channel at all.

When I did an ‘Advanced Search’ using frequency, symbol rate, Video, Audio, and PCRthat I know to be functional, these gave me Scrambled or Bad Channel

The decoder was receiving channels before the upgrade, and my two other decoders, an original FLU and a Wiztech 223, give me all the channels I expect to find.

Information in the upgraded software seems to be mostly for American systems, not for other regions. Is this bin I used meant for NTSC only. Which bin do I need to upgrade to in order to receive the PAS 7/10 (68.5o) PAL signals.

quit wasting your time with this unit. i have 3 for door stops. i think its time to upgrade. cw 800 is theway togo for only 150,00
