HI to everyone, i'm a new member, a friend of mine gave me pansat 3500sd and would like to know how to use it. it came with the manual and i followed the instruction and it's not picking any channel but it's picking signals from the satellite.
signal strenght is about 80. please help, do i need to download a scrambler?
Am a brand new member. Would like to know the procedure at this site. All about receivers and how to go about getting same. Would like to see a manual first to see how everything is installed. I have direct tv wich I will cancel same to get this FTA wich I believe uses DISH satellites. Please guide me.

I now have dishnetwork with 2 receivers and 4 tv's. I want to purchase a FTA system, but I have a some questions. I have 2 HD tv's and 2 sd tv's. I think I want to go with the coolsatHD receiver for the HD's.
1. The coolsatHD has 2 tuners, is the 2nd tuner for a 2nd tv?
2. Will my dishnetwork dish work for this?
3. Does it have a DVR or will I have to purchase one.
4. I like the way my system is set up now, can I set the FTA up the same way, the receivers use a UHF remote control for the 2nd tv. Will I have to purchase 2 HD receivers and 2 SD receivers?
