What is BN and BEV

I here all the talk of DN and BEV but I do not know what they are and what they do. I download a new file and it said it fixes DN but not BEV and I still cannot get the PPVs movies ans Adult. So how does this fix tell me what is happening?

DN=Dish, DN PPV,movies and adult are still out. BEV is located at 91 degrees. You have to know which sat your on.

BEV=Bell ExpressVU (Canadian cable provider)

I know that I am on Bev but curious to know if I could convert to DN and how.... is it worth it or should I wait until fix for Coolst 5000 comes out?????

To pick up DN sats 110/119, just move your dish 10 degrees to the right.
You can also set up another dish and point it to 110/119 and have all 4 sats (82,91,110 & 119)
DN has very good channels. Worth getting.

The Sat I am on are Echo Star 110 and 119 if that makes since. So was wondering. I am not on an HD Sat.

What channels does Bev offer? I am located in deep south TX, is Bev available at this location? 110 and 119 come are no problem when ecm is not there. thanks.....

First, you are using a thread that is very old. Next time, start your own thread and you will get more responses.

Any way, yes you can get Bev in TX. Just another dish and point to 91W. Settings for Bev are exactly the same as 110/119 if you are using the same type of dish/Lnb.

Thanks. I read up on b3v and dn on other posts on this site and got some important information. I do appreciate your advise. I just happened to have another identical dish, will aim and set it to the 91 degree area for b3v.
