Re: Max Question
the ultra changed menus some time ago. when it changed, i did not like it either cause i was just used to the old one. now i even forgot what the old menu looks like. when they change them, it mostly means there are more features and cool stuff so in the end it prob a good thing.
when i have the money someday, yes i want one !

Very easy to install done in under a minute (you just have to be careful you don't bend the 4 pins) but it's not hard ..

Using a dish 1000.2 and I'm getting 110,119,129 easy to get because you don't have to worry about any switches or anything all on 1 lnb I'm thinking of changing to 1000 plus you get 4 birds the 110, 118.7, 119 ,129, but for that you need to use a 44 switch and they're not cheap about 100 bucks( 118.7 i think are international but not sure so if and when i get it set up i'll report back or maybe somebody can very that for me..)

Re: Max Question
Hey Senorshady, what type of programing would you get from 118.7? Is it worth it to get the 1000 plus and the dp44 instead of the 1000.2 without the need of buying the switch?
Hey let us know about it.

Thank you for your info bud.
Are you thinking to change your 1000.2 to a 1000+?
Nice,118.7 is international channels(you're right) and HD channels(sports)
and you'll need a dp44(right again).
The dish is worth and you'll get everything you can from D***net****
take care.

Well 118.7 will get you international channels and some hd sports, I think it's worth to get the 1000+ because then you're getting the max out of dish. ( difference between 1000.2 and 1000 plus is that 1000.2 you can get 3 birds 110, 119, 129 and 1000 plus you get 110,118.7,119,129 but you need dp 44 switch and those run about $100 sorry for whole story but bottom line you get max out of dish with the 1000 plus..
