Hi

Jusst opened the box and installed the cables, and turned the unit on.

No remote respone (batteries new durcells).
No response from button on front panel
will not turn off/on with remote or front panel.

shows time only, but will reboot from power switvh.

can you help, I'm using the step by step nfusion for newbee's,
and can't get to pg 2.

try just plugging in the box with just your TV hooked up,, nothing else
turn it on ,, on the very top left of remote,, press the White STB button ,,and try it again

if it works,,proceed to load R25 via usb stick ,,once loaded,, u can hook up all your cables,,
make sure box is off when u do hook up cables

Where did you buy the NFHD was it an auth seller???? And if you got it from fleybay that does not count as auth just cuz they say they are auth they are not.....

Thanks for the quick response.

I've installed the HD package.

I have the sat-in cable to the LBN IN and,
LOOP OUTPUT to the TV

Thre remote will only respond ON/OFF
when I power on it will boot and show the time, no respone to MENU
TV is set to sat.

How did you connect to tv HDMI if so the TV needs to be set to HDMI?

maybe we try this from the start what kind of dish do you have and what sats are you hitting? do you have any switchs? is this the only STB?

let us know where your at with this reciever ,maybe we can get factory file in it as long as it will power up with rocker switch on the back.

next get and load current program

yes load the v1.3 sr25f onto usb unzipped.put usb into front of reciever ,-hit menu -installation -storage ,make sure on first line it says usb front .scroll down to s/w upgrade and hit ok.let it load and reboot -next do your setup.

if ur remote is still not working ,,, if u have a buddy with an nfusion,, dont matter which model it is,,see if u can borrow it,,,all remotes from all models work on all boxes,,, if u get a remote ,,and it dont work,,,its something wrong with ur box ,,, if it does work,,may be something wrong with ur remote ,,,

also make sure the front of the nfusion is clear,, nfusions dont have the best sensor in them,,and the least little thing can block it
