Hi
Can I connect my cable service to ACSC input?

Can I split the cable from IF OUT to
UHF REMOTE ANTENNA (HD) and
to a splitter which goes to other tv's in different rooms

I want to get the same programs in other rooms.

Although I have not tried it, I am sure you can feed the cable input to the ATSC input.

It you want to feed three TVs, you will only be able to watch the same channel you are watching on the Main TV. You can achieve that in two ways.

1. Get a Satellite splitter and come off the Loop output to the input of the splitter and then feed 3 outputs from the splitter to the other rooms.

2. Connect the Red, white and Yellow cables from the receiver to a Four way splitter box and from that box to the 4 TVs.

ATSC is for OTA Digital programing. You can attach a TV antenna, even rabbit ears to get OTA HD programming. As far as I know the NF tuner is ATSC only and not QAM and that is needed to work with cable.

I was aware that ATSC was for outdoor antenna, but i thought that it could be used for cable. I have not triedit and thats why I indicated as such. Sorry.

that wont work.....if you connect to the loop out you will need another receiver for every TV.....and only one receiver can be used at a time.....

the loop out is basically just another connection to your dish/lnbs/switches.....

You can split the HDMI out but splitters are expensive. for best quality for multiple tvs without spending alot you will want to split the component video and optical outs.

if your tv's support it,you could chain them together. using the tv's input/outputs

the loop out is good for if you wanted say a sub'd box hooked up the the same TV, you wouldn't be using them at the same time.

I have my NFusion HD going to 3 tv's.

Component to HD receiver upstairs where the receiver is.
Bought a RF modulator for the S-Video, R&L to go into to max a coax out.
HDMI to the downstairs projector.

That's how I did it. So it can be done. All tv's watch the same channel. Also have a remote extender to go through walls.
