Low Signal Strength
Hello and thanks for taking time to read this
I'm having a strange problem where the signal strength is very bad with regards to Sat 110. The nfusion is reading Signal Strength of 19% and Quality of 0%. I've tried hooking up my old Viewsat Maxhd to the LNB cable and it locks onto 110 with a signal strength of 98% and Quality of 85%.
I have updated the nfusion to its latest firmware, v1.3sR 25F, and copied the same settings from the Viewsat into the nfusion to no avail. DiSEqC 1.0 settings are exactly the same (port 1). I've also tried disconnecting the HD module from the system but that got worse results; 0% across the board.
I'm completely stumped and willing to try any ideas. Thanks again.

Re: Low Signal Strength
Currently, it is only pointed to 110 as my roof and trees are skimming the rest of the sats. The nfusion is set to "s 11250".

I tried unplugging the HD module again and did a factory default this time and it worked. I got channels to come up but I guess that means the module is toast huh?

Re: Low Signal Strength
S value is for connection between stb and lnbf.
Q value is, actually, sat signal strength.
your dish moved. happens. or you have lost right settings, that too. or it snowed and you have dish covered with snow or ice. or it's super heavy rain somewhere, not necessarily right above your dish. anyhow, you are not getting any sat signal. forget S value. you must have Q above 35 to see anything.
