Problem after upgrade

I just just loaded the nano 4.06 upgrade and now I have a static screen and cant get to the menu.
Upgraded the S/W first and it was fine, then the boot loader and now nothing. Face on nano has a 0 and a red light.

Help!

I guess a better question is how can I reload the factory defaults? Am I going to have to use the rs232 and if so how?

do this
1 load factory file 7.08 as bootloader
2 load upgrade file 4.06 as sv upgrade
3 load patch 0227

via usb

Thanky you for the responce. The problem is I cant get into the menu screen at all after loading the boot file and i think i may have to go in through the rc232

how do i set up rs232. I have the file but not sure of the cableing

I have a usb to male rs232 but the box is male

you will need the 7.08 LDR file and a null modem cable

I have the file, what else is needed to transfer the info from my computer to the reciever ie cableing/software?
