Need Help on which Dish / LNBS / Receiver to purchase to get channels listed in post
Hi Everyone,
I Currently have 2 18" dish with 61.5 / 82 W / 110, i have 2 receivers Viewsat Extreme / Nfusion Phoenix installed.
I am interested in Cricket and Indian channels. With lot of channels moving to 118.7 / 119 and to N3. I want to purchase a KBOX, before i make that purchase i h ave few questions:
1.) are Indian channels available on 118.7 / 119 on Viewsat Xtreme or Nfusion Phoenix.
2.) I am interested in buying one BIG DISH ( 33" ) and 5 satellites ( 82.0 / 91 / 118.7 / 119 / 110 ) What is the best Size DISH to BUY?
3.) What TYPE and BEST LNB available to purchase to get MORE channels and Crystal clear picture / audio quality?
4.) I am in Toronto, please advise dealers where i can purchase 100% authentic items.
Thanks in advance for answering my questions. Please don't advise if you gonna ask me to buy these channels from the service providers.. LOL

As I understand it nFusion will soon provide an update that includes support for added Intl. stuff ... not sure what is to be included, last I heard it was about a week from now off. So maybe just wait.

transateletronics is a good store around.
you should get a motor and a 33"dish and you'll be able to get alot more than DN.
but right now you should wait a bit until things get placed if you know what i mean.

c/p
courtesy of chuchu99:
Indian channels are only working on 118.7.
they(except for 2 channels) have been moved to 118.7.
No Indian stuff on 119.
82/91 is presently not available on kbox...
btw, you need a circular LNB and 33 inch dish to get 118.7
My suggestion is if you get the box, get it from Transat Electronics...who is an authorized dealer

check it here. http://www.ftalist.com/channels.htm
there is links by lang or sat.
the listed are true FTA and no need 3rd party files it will be always UP.
33" dish,HH90 motor and a invacom LNB is a good start.
You can check the true FTA help section here at ABA, we have a lot of info here.

Re: Need Help on which Dish / LNBS / Receiver to purchase to get channels listed in p
My advise is to wait till the N3 software comes out. Although NFusion has programing working at the moment no possibility of Cricket.
I have an NFusion HD receiver and I cannot get the Cricket channel to watch the Twenty20 games.
So do not waste your money just yet.
However, the best to get is a 39" dish with a SG2100 motor and an Invacom Quad LNB and you can pick up all the satellites that you want.
For a receiver, I would recommend the NFusion HD receiver. But there is no supplier in Ontario. PM me if you need a supplier in Canada.

Re: Need Help on which Dish / LNBS / Receiver to purchase to get channels listed in p
Purchased a 39" dish and a Dual LNB for 118.7 / 119 and a bracket that can hold 4 more satellites.. going to remove Linear LNBs from my existing dish.
Installing the new dish.. hope it works with nfusion / viewsat xtreme if not will purchase Kbox
