Re: Nimiq1/Bev91
Here is a picture of what i'm looking at, and a question I have about this, is how come it shows Echostar 7{119.0W} in the upper right hand corner?

Re: Nimiq1/Bev91
Uhhh ohhh BC....I hooked that line up to my Neosat and used the setup wizard and on stage 5 of the auto wizard it says the following:
The following coonfiguration is successfully completed
119.0W Echostar 7
110.0W Echostar 8/10
Please press OK for start of Auto Scan?
I think this means im not pointed at 91 but I AM pointed at 119.110?

Re: Nimiq1/Bev91
That's right, I knew it would do that if you were still pointing at DN, that's why I asked you to hook it up

Re: Nimiq1/Bev91
You mean to tell me that I accidentally aimed at 119/110....lol....so...now what, stand behind the dish at tweak to the right just a tad? I think this might be a good thang...huh?
Actually I think it might be easier if I use the Neosat(due to the setup wizard, cuz it will tell you what you got) to get nimiq1 dialed in?
This was a fresh install and I cant believe that I stumbled onto 119/110. WOW

Re: Nimiq1/Bev91
Yep, Go the east at the same elevation as 110 until you hit 91(nimiq 1), maybe just a little downward but very little if any

Re: Nimiq1/Bev91
ok I will give it a shot, right now im in the neosat antenna setup and i have nimiq1 as the sat and im getting sig of 80 and quality of 45, do I need to mess with the diseqc setting? The reason I ask is when i ran the setup wizard earlier it showed 119 on dieqc as 1 and 110 on diseqc as 2?

If you are using the sv 360 it must have a dongle in order to pick up Bev, The only thing working on bev is per IKS (internet). Everthing is n3 on bev.

Re: Nimiq1/Bev91
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh....DA*N, I finally got BEV channels folks! Thank the Lord!
I had to move my dish on top of the house so I could get my pole plumb. After that set the elevation, skewed from left to right and bingo...I have a Signal of 99 and Quality of about 80. So are there any good channels up on BEV that I can watch with a SV360P with an Ihub?

Re: Nimiq1/Bev91
Nothing worth watching below 200 or 2200 if you have renumbering on bev selcted. 200 to 300ish are networks like fox, abc, cbs, cbc, etc and 300 and above are specialty basically.

Re: Nimiq1/Bev91
What do you mean by renumbering?

Re: Nimiq1/Bev91
Renumbering adds a number 2 to every bev channel i.e channel 300 now becomes 2300. this way bev and dn have 2 different channel numbers.

Re: Nimiq1/Bev91
If you check 2400 you should be watching the Sports Channel TSN.
Since you have a OCSDP LNB, you can skew the dish and get Nimiq 82 asa well. But that will have all the HD Channels working but your SV360 is an SD Receiver.
Channels range from 2100 to 2700 but from the 2125 to around 2200 are all French channels. But thereafter all are Canadian and US channels. 2335 onwards are PPV channels that are not working up to I believe 2375. Thereafter all channels are working up to 2696. Glad that you were successful.

Re: Nimiq1/Bev91
LOL...here I am again, yesterday I was watching BEV for the first time on my SV360 and today everything is scrambled/no service. It scanned a little over 400 channels I have sig of 99 and quality of 78. Should by signal be that high? Yesterday when I fist had BEV dialed in, my signal was in the 80's and now it shows 99? Any ideas?
