help finding satellite
I need help finding 91 sat. I have a dish (single lnb-circular) and can find 119 and 110. When I stand behind dish and start from 119 turning dish to left I can pickup 110. When I turn a little farther to left I should get 91 signal but I,m not getting signal/finding 91 sat. I have antenna menu screen set at tp 12224. Any help much appreciated.

Re: help finding satellite
raise the elevation slightly
also if you have a compass use the dishpointer link in my signature and enter your zip to get coordinates

Re: help finding satellite
just keep moving left a hair at a time and wait about 30 seconds after each move to let the receiver catch up with the change

if you catch 110 keep moving your dish to the left and a little down

rodster - Do not go according to the markings on the dish. Those markings are not accurate.
What I do is get an approximation of the Magnetic Azimuth on the dish, then loosen the elevation bolts and move up or down till I get a Q signal and lock up. Then move left or right to maximizes Q, then again move elevation minute adjustments either up or down to get the maximum Q reading and thats the final adjustments.
Good luck.
