123 is West (right) of 119, if you are in Northern Hemishpere (above equator) and it is a linear signal.

Re: how get 123w?
you need a linear lnb for 123 and a circular for 119
invacom has a good combo lnb that you can get both with and is best if you are using a motor
also need atleast a 30" dish

Behind the dish to the right about 4 to 6 inches and try a few inches up or down i cannot remember but i'm sure to the right from behind the sat dish.It worked great for me.I used the circular lnb to get 119 then i replaced it with a linear lnb and moved it from behind to the right a little and up or down a few inches and got it.I've put up 4 of these in the last two weeks.Once you get the signal you can always find it again and again.Found a cheap lnb with one feed on ebay for $9 (spitfire ku lnbf) but a two feed lnb was about $23.

I have the Invacon with circular and linear...I have to use port 2 (linear) to get 123, 110, 119 and 91 I use port 1 which is circular. Right now, 123 is a good alternative...at least it has movies and game shows instead of all the infomercials! LOL.

OOPs! I didn't put a period after 123. I have to use linear for 123 only. The others are circular or port 1.
