can u get 91 and 82 on with 1 500 dish - ABA DSS

i was wondering if u could set a dish 500 to pick up 91 and 82
off the 2 lnb's on the dish with out mod? what im trying to do is run a dish 1000.2 for 110.119.129 and then run dish 500
for 91. and 82 on nfusion hd will this work?

assuming you are inside the footprint of 82 yes you can. they are located 9 deg apart just like 110, 119

You can hit them but, 82 is where B3V keeps her HD stuff, so without an HD capable receiver, not much to be had there. However, if you have an HD capable unit, you are laughing.

cj2007 - Yes you can use the Dish 500 to point at 91 and 82. Like CG said unless you have an HD receiver, 82 has some International channels that you can watch and the rest are all HD. If you do go that direction, then you will need a SW21 switch to connect 91 and 82 and a 22KHz switch to connect the Dish 1000.2 and the Dish 500 to one receiver.
On the other hand if you do decide to only go for 91, then you can change the LNB to a DP dual LNB and hook it up to the 4the connection on the 1000.2 and in the antenna settings you can use Port 4 for 91.

use an SW21....
connect port 1 to a port on the 1000.2
connect port 2 to a diseqc or dp-twin/dp-quad capable dish500.

You can switch between port1/port2 on the SW21 and have individual diseqc settings for each dish with no problem.

This will only work for 1 receiver. For every additional receiver, you'll have to add an SW21 and you would of course need a DP-quad for the dish500 to get additional ports to plug into.

If you really need 82 it should work. However, if just 91 makes you happy, run the cable from the LNB on Dish 500 to the single in site on the 1000.2 and the one wire from the 1000.2 will carry your 4 sats to your receiver.

u guys no your stuff yes i do have hd nfusion and am trying to hook up one rec and 1000.2 dish and dish 500 want 82,91,110,119,129 and i 'am still lost guess 1000.2 gets here tomarrow i will sit down and try to fig. out trying to hook it up as simple as i can. switch part is conf. to me but i will fig. out wish one of u guys here to show me but your info is very helpful!!
