cant find 119

hello, i am using two satelites to get 110 and 119. i have 110 just fine but when i try to find 119 it always says echo 8x, in the box up top of signal chart. i have sv360p. will it say echo 7(119) in that box when i find it????? i always have signal but no quality!!!!even when i turn my sat all way around. when i set up my channels it said to scan both on 12224 is that rght??? it said can use 12239 or 12224 on echo7 and use 12224 on echo 8x. can you use same for both?????? my main question i geuss is will i see echo 7 in top rght box when it is connected.????

You need to select tp 12239 while aiming for 119w

I'm not really understanding though, do you have 2 lnbs on one dish? Or two seperate dishes?

one set to 119 one for 110. both have a single lnb with two lines out of the one lnb.

they must be connected to a switch.
be sure your settings in your box reflect the proper switch ports as well, otherwise it might not show up

Or go get a DPP twin LNB and simplify your setup with just a single dish. No switch is required either.

i was told easier to find if disconnect switch and locate the one sat by itself???????

yes, when your aiming any dish you should not use a switch....just a straight run from the lnb to the receiver.....after your dishes are aimed you can add in the switches.....
