How to Manually Load Key's Or Make opkeys file Viewsat

How to make an OPKEY file and what is actually is has been a question of many members. I just received a Instruction Manual of sorts from Teach. I will post it for all to see and use for their own purposes.

Make an opkey.hex from your ViewSat by teach 08-10-06
Copyright teachdivin 2006. ftaconcept.com

1. Punch the keys in with your REMOTE CONTROL in
MENU--INSTALLATION--CODE--NAGRA--DISH < 01 01 00 >

2. Open LOADER2; NULL serial cable hooked to VS; VS power "ON"

3. MENU--INSTALLATION--RECEIVER UPGRADE

4. Click on KEY DATA (#6) in RECEIVER UPGRADE

5. Click on STB-->PC and the file transfers to your computer's LOADER2 directory... then I rename "teach 08-10-06-3PM opkey.hex" or as appropriate

Zip it for those wanting a ZIP;
Hex it for those wanting a hex;
Text for those punching in via REMOTE

how to add keys?

I'm trying to put in keys in to my reciever. says: menu--installation-(pin number)- then I don't have a #7 code. In the file below I see in the pictures what to look for. mine just go's to #6 default. I see what i have to look for and all the help I've gotting says the same thing. click on code but I don't have "7. code". So do I need to get this opkey file to use this on my viewsat vs xtreme 2000.
I bought it last week and feel that I should by now have it working but have not seen nothing but home channels.
I got the new files. but won't let me see them. I can only see channel with out a green $ sign. everything else is blocked. what should I do?

If you very new at this like I was and am. first you new a loader 2 file and download it it to your computer. Com1, you read and i get most of my info from Carpenter. "green skull and cross bones" hit newbies dumby from newbies.
And just read.
loader2 is downloaded. Then look for bin files newest that you can get. newest is file date is the file name like 06.11.28 can't remember the last date.
Then you need to open the file winzip to loader2 (extract too loader2).
Then the black box is called a "stb". Have the back switch off, on loader 2 click pc to stb. then turn stb switch on and it down loads. make sure it says ooo1 before you do anything. just wait a minute after download. be safe.
now, code to unlock their is a code called keys. their is better info, but hit menu,installion, code,nasha, the dish 010100 then thier is five rows of numbers. you leave the first row alone going across, then 08 type code a cross form
leave first row alone

09 xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx
88 xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx
89 xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx

so you get a code of the newest date look like this.

but of numbers and A-F1
B=F2
C=F3
D=F4
E=last channel button
F=text Button
enter the button with remote. The last keys so far is 12-1-06.
Not sure just how much help I helped but this is the just of it. Don't need much. make sure that your dish pionting at echostar 7.
If you need the loader2 file just post a tread and someone will get it up for you. carpenter might have it updated for you in downloads section.

First Time Having A Dish. I'm Already Having Problems. When I
Input Numbers It Works At First, Then It Seems As Though A
Minute Later It Goes Off Again. I'm Constantly Re-inputting
Numbers Just To Watch T.v. Can Someone Tell Me What I Need
To Do To Solve This Problem. Thank You Very Much.
