supposed to work with any of the fta boxes that supported card sharing the last time (during the map57 outage) ....600s, 800, probably 600p, 650, 700. It was just released this morning, I haven't had a chance to try it yet...will do so tonite.

Needing more info on this post where did info come from where can it be found and what will we need to do the cardshare wiring and connectors for hookup just basic info

There was an older quote on this I think from the last of JUNE for a com port connection but no IP address or server name to connect to just hope this is not the same old post renewed again

this is for private sharing only. most sites don't like live links being posted so i won't do that. but if you search for rqcs, rqcamd, rq-echo-client, you should come across rq-sssp-client which is what you want.

dreambox is easier and long term does provide the best solution going forward. however not everyone wants to fork out another $150 when they have a perfectly good CW box collecting dust that can be put to good use.

Heres what I 've read else where that dreambox and CW are doing a Cardshare together and the file is to be released this weekend for us to use,but I'll still take this as a RUMOR for now maybe the same thing as this or not who knows just have to wait and see what happens next in the FTA World of Logics Hee! Hee!

this has nothing to do with either dreambox or captiveworks (the coders/company). this is not a rumour. i have tested it myself and it works. we are talking about private card sharing using a CW box with CS enabled and connecting to a server. the reason dreambox gets mentioned is because it's the ideal hardware on which to run the server rqcs (as well as a client).
