thanks.just tried.still a no go.

i noticed when i started tonight it said there was new software available.so it downloaded and installed.
now when i press log in (my user name and password still checked as saved)
it keeps saying "error code 212" and nothing else but a "ok" button to select.

there is a live chat under the help button that maybe able to help you solve the issue. When I had logged in, there was no update for me.
Perhaps try signing yourself out then resigning into the player client since it is a new install?

Well, when I registered, I registered with Crystal Dragon... but when I signed up for the tournament, it made me choose another name... that is why I have CrystalD...
could that be the issue, using the same name for both?
