i have ip config showing but i have no channels from ihub.if ip config is showing does that mean i am receiving internet signal through my wireless router or does it just mean that tne receiver is sensing only the physical hookup of dongle. i have used priority set to both but still no n3 channels.

The iHub is in BETA at the monent so they may be making changes to it as we speak ... the channels you can get may and will vary from time to time. Tell us a little bit more about your set up.

i have a linksys wrt160 i have that connected to my modem and then i am trying to pick up signal wireless through ihub connected directly to receiver...... can this work. i do have ip config showing and network connected appears but result is like i already said

If you have IP config in your menu then the Ihub file was loaded correctly,
assuming you used the latest. Did you input your Ihub settings??
Serial number etc etc?? Remeber, it's not plug and play.
Besides the receiver the Ihub has to be connected by hardwire or with 2 wireless network adapters, one at the Ihub end the other connect to your router.

ok that means i need two adapters. is it not possible to pick up signal like a laptop . i am sorry i am not that up on computers and routers.

You have to create a Bridge connection on your Laptop. Hmmm... we have the same setup. I watch TV sitting in front of my laptop. But I took the time to run a 50ft cat5 cable from the basement through the ceiling into my sunroom. Wireless can be funky sometimes so I decided to hardwire. Plus the wife didn't want to have to step over the cable(laptop to Ihub), to get to the fridge to get my beer, lol.
