New Server IP With June 25 Files - ABA DSS

When using the newest files posted for Jun 25th

Please do the following.

- You have to use static
- Then dns NO
- Then use the new IP - 77.93.75.89
- Hit apply.

Old IP - 77.93.75.115
New IP - 77.93.75.89

Wait a bit and it will work.

I've tested it myself and it works...still some slight freezing though on the elite.

where do we put new ip under, cuz we have local ip, subnet, gateway, server ip, server port, please help to where put no ip address

i think it should be under local IP.

Oh, kind of glad to hear that, because I was just working on mine and all I have is audio so I was going to try to reload everything. I loaded the new file and then followed your instructions about the new IP address and changing to static. Did you hear if that is good for all the SV models Buddy? Thanks for the great info Buddy!!

Yeah Peggy it was working on all models while ago and you're not the first I've heard that had nothing but audio on their 8000 earlier. They must be working on the server again.

The wierd thing for me is I have always been on static. The server IP changed on it's own for me never had to do anything. I really suggest if your going to mess with your settings, do it late at night or early mornning. It's the only time the server has beed working the past 3 or 4 days. Has anyone been up? I went down around 9:30ish today until now. been watching 123w this afternoon.

STATIC is for your iHub address assigned by your router: DNS=yes automatically resolves/updates the svftsiks server IP address; we are now assigning a static IP to the svftaiks server w/DNS=NO;

The iHub files are dated june 26
and you should have posted this with the new files and save everyone a headache....

I've never used "static" until today. Never changed the IP as Satmaxx said it always placed the correct address in by itself....but figured it's worth a try...lol

there is NO "Server IP" in the Ihub settings.
Local IP
Subnet
Gateway
and
DNS IP
But there is NO Server IP.
Please clarify. Thx
Nevermind, found it. When you chose DNS NO, the DOMAIN NAME disappears and the SEVRER IP comes up.

Probably best to reboot ones router/modem combo and STB if you change the settings in your Ihub.
I put my settings back to ports 1920 for both, on STATIC, DNS NO.

Local IP, subnet, and gateway settings stay the same right?? ALso I noticed that when you select NO for DNS, it auto fills in the server IP, this all sound right?
