Trying to activate this KHub.Keeps saying Module not connected.So I went to the hidden channel(In the off position hold down the channel up button and then press the on/off button a couple of times)then I found out that the black and grey RS=232 cable failed.I actually have 3 other cables and they failed to!My Question is Can I buy that cable somewhere or should I make them send me another and just wait till then

I had problem activating the khub too. As per the instructions, I tried the serial cable (Black) from computer to activate with the available program and it didn't work.

I loaded the program with my flash drive and I had the Gray cable connected from receiver to the khub and with USB flash drive, it didn't work. I changes the gray serial cable to black cable and with flashdrive I uploaded the program and it worked.

As per the instructions, Gray serial cable should be connected from the prodigy to the khub but for some reason, only black serial cable that came with prodigy works in my case.
