Apology...and question

I apologize for my outburst and language in the site a few nights ago. I was very frustrated; however, it was not the fault of this site, and I vow that it will not happen again.

I just purchased a CW800S and shot my old Coolsat600...LOL. Question is - I need to know how to set up/find a channel guide because all of my channels are in alphabetical order. I have kids' channels next to adult channels, and that won't work...plus, I need to get things organized.

There have been quite a few frustrated cs owners I myself was going to get a cw today but the fix came out so I'll wait. There should be an option in the menu system to sort by pid and this will put the channels in the same order as subs see them. Congratulations on your new stb's.
