Re: I am new and have a few short ?
sgt,
Hello - I am also a newbee, and just got a 1020A without much thinking - I am in a similar situation as birdmanxxl (Dish Network hardware in place and trying to use with this Twinhan card).
Can you explain your answer a little bit? What is DNHD? Dish Network High Definition? So - it cannot receive that? Is it due to resolution limitations of the card?
In other words, is this card HD? What is the maximum supported? 1080i, by any chance?
Thank you very much in advance for any clarification, I am in much need of guidance.
Best regards,
Radu.

Dear Draenth,
I apologize if my entry into this forum was deemed to be improper.
I thought the conditions say that " Do NOT Hijack threads. This is where you post a question or comment completely unrelated to the thread." - but my question was completely related to the thread (which is exactly the problem I too am looking to solve, Dish + Twinhan 1020A).
Additionally, my confusion to the posted answer might be shared by other people that, as me, come here for the wealth of knowledge you and other experienced members, have. Me asking the question and receiving an answer I believe could greatly clarify this thread and avoid further confusion and questions from less knowledgeable people.
That being said, I understand I'm nothing more than a guest, and I apologize again if I crossed some rules. I did read them and I thought to be in full compliance.
Concerning the second rule (" Search FIRST, then ask") - I did search, but this far I got quickly lost in the NUMEROUS posts on Keys... I'm sorry, but I'm still at the level of trying to understand WHAT I need to be researching for...
With that in mind, I will keep on researching, but if any of you guys gets a chance to address my question, I'd really appreciate that.
Upon your welcome, I definitely will hang out here, happily learning from you.
Thank you and best regards,
Radu.
