no i wasnt very impressed with it ,shogun put on the fight in every round .

I thought that it could possibly be a split decision.,., but still in Shoguns favour.,.,
when they announced unanimous I was surprised.,., then when they said Machida I was shocked.,.,

Well, I was going for Machida, but looks like he hit a brick wall last night...or should I say a brick wall hit him..LOL

Wasn't able to get off on Shogun and couldn't seem to get out of defense mode...But, I guess thats all he had to do is Defend his title.

I though Shogun controlled & beat him...if it was anything other than a Championship Fight I'm sure he would have gotten the WIN

A draw? Now that would have been the choice if you just saw the last round. Machida was in defensive mode most of the 4th and 5th rounds. And he lost the first 2. That was a preplanned decision, or so it seemed, came too fast after the fight. Shogun was a good sport for not complaining.
But that was a BULSH!T decision. Even the Crowd is educated enough to know the difference between a close fight and a BS decision, and they voiced their displeasure.

Shogun literally KICK Machida's a**. Both were so technical fighters though.
