1st you need to have a well tune dish.
Now you need C-band,(around 10 foot) do you have c-band?
you also need a HD FTA receiver, hook to the c-band.
now for practice an some of their races need to be able to tune 4:2:2 video. only a hand full of fta receivers will tune this video.
as for the incar feeds you need a dvbs-2 HD receiver.
if you have all I listed, you are good to go, to watch these feeds.
just about any type of scanning fta receiver will find the TP data, I use Cool-5000 & Satopia for scanning, but use what you have.
I would list the TP data but I think they frown on that here, of posting wild feeds. also the Nationwide race last night was on Galaxy-19 c-band in HD, great looking video.

Sorry gentleman 88 aint got a chance im sure he'll lose another lug nut .altho i did hear a rumor he's using a fish finder to find his pit now ...... as for the shrub its about time Waltrip took him out so it would look like another one of his "accidents". I expect gordon to shred a tire and bite a chunck out of the fence again . But Smoke is due for sure Go Smoke .......And Newman is looking good as well in practice this is the team to watch.....See ya'll in the shout box at race time...
