The show "The JOB" starring Dennis Leary. A fantastic comedy show about NYC Cops. It got cancelled because of 911. They didn't think it appropriate to make fun of the NYPD at that time. DAM YOU OSAMA BIN LADIN!!!

im trying to think of the vampire one that had different gangs of vampires. one gang was called the Gangrells & was led by a leader of a syndicate. if they screwed up they were taking out by their own to protect the entire gang system. had meetings to discuss things. some were nice gangs some were bloodthirsty and out of control against regular people.
UPDATE 24 hours later after writing this. i found it its called Kindred the Embraced.
