Are Pansats still the only STB's that work with a tivo box? (with the modified bins from ya guys)

far as i know yes.
if you need one,just let us know.we don't always keep up on them due to no requests for them.

Thanks...How does that work? Does that put you at risk to send info to tivo that you may not want people to know?

no,no risk.
its just a bl bin with tivo remote codes added so it works with your tivo.

Tivo was just officially released in Canada so I went thru the boards to find out if it would be compatable (sp) with an Ultra being tested. It's not but saw the comment about the ipro 2000 pvr. I am glad I searched. I can get an ipro thru the store link on this site 200.00 cheaper than FTA sites in Canada and 50.00 cheaper than tivo with no sub. Thanks very much, I will be purchasing one in the very near future and a 2nd not long after that. You guys rock. Everytime I need help or info you never fail me.

Another option would be to get a pvr ready receiver..works almost the same way

yeah good choice there.the ipro 2000 pvr is a cool receiver.
