RQ .24b map57 fix for Bev!!!

rqcamd version 0.24b. NagraVision 2 emulation and decryption, by raton_craquero.
Usage: rqcamd [OPTION] ...

The following is expected:
Global CAM socket: /var/tmp/camd.socket
CA device: /dev/ca0
Demux device: /dev/dvb/card0/demux0
RSA keyfile: /var/keys/Autoupdate.Key
IDEA Keyfile: /var/keys/Keylist.txt

These are the currently supported options for rqcamd:
--start Start emulation.
--debug-level n Specifies the level of detail (n) when displaying debug
messages to the console (default is 1):
0 - Silent, no messages at all.
1 - Only basic information messages.
2 - Detailed debug information .
3 - Show all available debug info.

- Cardless emulation with Map3b implemented using ARM simulator from
publicly released code.
- Supports both NA providers Dish & BEV
- Autoroll not supported, yet.
- Lots of improvements and other stuff pending to be added.
- No known bugs, i suspect that will change.

- Autoroll for Dish ONLY (no need to have Keylist.txt, it will be created automatically if needed).

- Smilex745 at DVBN, he maintains the emunation code, and he is the author of the fine B1 emulation
class ported to this emu. Say thanks if you see him!
- Ampgod for helping me out with the debugging of emm processing in emunation.

- Several minor bugfixes that caused some channels not to come in.
- The emu process goes unconditionally to background, for compatibility with Nitro images.
- Added support for Globecast (not tested yet, but should work).
KNOWN BUGS OR PENDING TO ADD:
- Autoroll for BEV is not working, coming soon.
- For now, the emu won't autoroll when the DB is in stand-by mode, i'll fix that on next release.
- Sorry, no support as of now for other receivers other than the DM7000, DM7020 and DM500.
- The "b" in 0.20b stands for beta! ... there could be other bugs introduced with the addition of autoroll.

- Fixed an AWFUL oversight that MAY have caused autoroll to fail on future B1's.

- Added signature validation to EMM decryption. This may solve the freezing problems some people have reported.
- When updating a key in Keylist.txt now it writes the date and time of the update.
- Support for a configuration file was added (rqcamd.conf, should be on the same directory as the
rqcamd executable).
- Added a couple of options to the config file, including enabling/disabling of autoroll.

- Fixed a bug that ocassionally caused a channel to take 8-10 secs to come in after switching to it.
- Improved the debugging output.
- Added support for file logging of debug output. It can be activated in the config file.
This will allow people to send me extended logs if necessary when trying to debug a problem. Be careful
though, the logfile can grow at a rate of about 1Mb per day and have only tested this by writing
to harddisk.
- Fixed a bug that caused rqcamd.conf not to be found even though it was where it should be.
- Added parsing of E3 EMM nano, among other nano parsing improvements. This betters the chances of successful
autoroll in the future should they start playing with B1 placement.
- Fixed a memory leak.
- Fixed a mistake in Smilex745's code that blew up the executable size, and did some additional optimizing.
Now the size is about 510Kb and memory usage is also reduced. This should be good for DM500 owners
with limited space.
