Dreambox - Full MECM emulation (12-1-07)
It works for the current and past Dish MECM's. BEV's MECM's are untested.
Let's hope it'll hold up well to future ones.
- ** You must wait for keys and MECM to roll **:
- No files are needed in /var/scce
- During MECM roll, these files should be written to /var/scce (for DISH MECM 0x40):

EEP_102_0001_9255_3F.bin
EEP_102_0001_9294_3F.bin
EEP_102_0001_92D3_04.bin
NOTE: These are ENCRYPTED MECM code files.
- For DISH MECM 0x60, additional files will be written when it is sent.
- When 0106 keys, and all MECM segments roll, video/audio will come in on PPV/adult channels.
