Some buttons on the remote not working?

If you can take the remote apart try this take it apart and make sure that none of the rubber remote "keys" isn't stuck and disabling the function of that key. Sometimes the rubber "pad" that comprises your remote will get sticky (especially if you have spilled anything in it...lol) or shift inside the remote and the keys will not function when pressing them.

i have the same trouble but after the remote was ok,

Have you put New Batteries in it?Not the crap ones that came with it.

I had the same problem. I sent it back to the distributor and they repaired or replaced it. I wouldn't recommend taking it apart. They have strict Return Authorization rules.

If you have a digital camera (or a camera on your cell phone might work),Turn on the camera and point the remote at the shutter.Press a button on the remote and you'll see the transmitted code in the view screen to see what buttons work and don't work.
