Nfps staff please cancel my service, I had sent many mails to the customer service, i did not get any reply to my mailsi in which i asked for cancellation . So i am posting it here, i had made my payment of $104 on 11th july for 1 year service, got confirmtion on 12th that payment went thru, on 19th july received my access code, today is 29th 10 days i have used ur service and i am not happy, so please cancel my service and refund my payment. As per ur 30 day money gurantee, i want to cancel the service as i used ur service for 10 days only. i can pm u my email id and payment details if u need.
Please do the needful. Thanks. |

I have noticed that you are repeating the PPV's in a couple of weeks you have shown some of the movies three or four times, I have been waiting for Avatar, and a couple of more interesting movies, but the ones shown are not worth watching, I hope you improve this service, otherwise I wont be resubscribing, when my due time comes, Thanks,

Just to let someone off you know i had my code in 24 hrs.
Give them the info they need and wait. Email them back if not. They responded to me right away. I have had my NFPS for two months and i am very pleased I paid for a full year also. I am a Regular DN subscriber But use this to get the extras. Remember this is a hobby |

I've been using it for three months now and no complaints. It did take almost a week to get my codes but everything works as advertised. I do have a question for the nfps staff, Will I be notified when my subscription is due for renewal? I paid for three months and it is just about up.

Hey guys, tell me what is the problem with the servers....i have been waiting for almost two hours now to watch TV, I am using a coolsat with the pc an rq-sss file and all i am getting is, "Failed to reconnect to server" i watched TV late last night and did not change anything. All i did this evening is turn everything back on.........Help would be appreciated.

But I think there's a way to convert nano2 boxes to virgin, but I'm not sure about the info. Can't hurt to check that out.

Nfps staff yesterday i had send u a pm regarding canceling my service, i had sent u my email id and payment details, and asked u to reply back if everything is ok, u never replied. the reason i asked to reply back was, after few days when i ask i did not receive my refund u guys will say, ur email id wrong or payment details u send is wrong, what ever reason u want u guys will. so please reply if everything right.
How long it will take for refunding process, it should not be delayed like u guys sent me the code after 7 days. waiting for ur reply. |
