Nfps staff please cancel my service, I had sent many mails to the customer service, i did not get any reply to my mailsi in which i asked for cancellation . So i am posting it here, i had made my payment of $104 on 11th july for 1 year service, got confirmtion on 12th that payment went thru, on 19th july received my access code, today is 29th 10 days i have used ur service and i am not happy, so please cancel my service and refund my payment. As per ur 30 day money gurantee, i want to cancel the service as i used ur service for 10 days only. i can pm u my email id and payment details if u need.

Please do the needful.

****! It took you 7 days to get your codes!!!???? Did they ship it to you via UPS ground or something???

They got my payment yesterday and I was hoping for codes today but after reading your post it looks like I'll have to wait another 6 days before I get mine.

All donation number are send in 24h or less, only exception are not send in 24h

Like is the customer provide us with a incorrect email adress.

Incorrect mtcn or a mistake in our end.

I have noticed that you are repeating the PPV's in a couple of weeks you have shown some of the movies three or four times, I have been waiting for Avatar, and a couple of more interesting movies, but the ones shown are not worth watching, I hope you improve this service, otherwise I wont be resubscribing, when my due time comes, Thanks,

Just to let someone off you know i had my code in 24 hrs.
Give them the info they need and wait.
Email them back if not.
They responded to me right away.
I have had my NFPS for two months and i am very pleased
I paid for a full year also. I am a Regular DN subscriber
But use this to get the extras.

I've been using it for three months now and no complaints. It did take almost a week to get my codes but everything works as advertised. I do have a question for the nfps staff, Will I be notified when my subscription is due for renewal? I paid for three months and it is just about up.

incorrect email - that's not it as NFPS has sent me an email so you have the correct email.

incorrect mtcn - that's not it as WU has sent me the "pick-up notification" yesterday so NFPS has got the correct mtcn.

I guess i still fall under the "24h or less" time table as you only got my $$$ yesterday....so i'll just continue to wait.

"The only way to make a CNX Box work with our Private Server, is if your box is new, if you have used it before with the public server, it will not work."

they can only show what ppv movies that are offered by provider
they just rotate through channel numbers and they can't predict when what movie will be on what channels

Hey guys, tell me what is the problem with the servers....i have been waiting for almost two hours now to watch TV, I am using a coolsat with the pc an rq-sss file and all i am getting is, "Failed to reconnect to server" i watched TV late last night and did not change anything. All i did this evening is turn everything back on.........Help would be appreciated.

Well, it has to be something simple. I suggest you doublecheck rq-sssp-client.conf and make sure fenfu.dynsite.net has been entered?

But I think there's a way to convert nano2 boxes to virgin, but I'm not sure about the info. Can't hurt to check that out.

Nfps staff yesterday i had send u a pm regarding canceling my service, i had sent u my email id and payment details, and asked u to reply back if everything is ok, u never replied. the reason i asked to reply back was, after few days when i ask i did not receive my refund u guys will say, ur email id wrong or payment details u send is wrong, what ever reason u want u guys will. so please reply if everything right.

How long it will take for refunding process, it should not be delayed like u guys sent me the code after 7 days.

I tried to cancel too, but they wont. They will ignore you flat out. The only way I got my money back was by doing a chargeback.

Hi there Natural Joe, thanks for the reply but, I have checked and rechecked numerous times, I even went as far as to use back the old address but no luck, I have come to the conclusion that it is the user name/password that is causing me stress. First it took almost a week for me to get it, then I was asked about when I made payment even though I sent back all the details about c/card payment and the whole 9yards. Problem is, one day the username/psword works a few days later a whole lotta BS....and nothing has been done to the boxes. By the way, I already know you can't have two boxes working at the same time using the same username/psword, first one is a Dreambox 500S and the other is a Coolsat using the pc and rq-sss client, so I know it aint the boxes. Using the Coolsat the rq-sss client keeps saying "Failed to reconnect to server" I see the key changes but still it is not reconnecting to the servers, therefore I have come to the conclusion that it is the username/psword that is causing me stress.
