ch. 455 scrambled channel? no ufc fight?
Hey guys im livig out in Ca. and im not picking up the 455 channel which is the ppv events where the fights come out, but i am picking up all the other ppvs. I have the newest bin installed 1.41 and i also have another receiver with 1.39 installed and neither of them are getting this channel. Is any one else having this same problem? Is there a fix for this? I really wanna see the UFC fight tomorrow. Thanks for any info!!

I believe the fight will be on two channels 454 & 455. If you still don't have it, do factory reset and rescan it

Good question,I have the same problem,I hope what he said works,I have a coolsat 5000,and it is doing the samething,I also cant get spike and other channels,Thanks for the tip grasshopper.

My channel 455 has been dead for a while now.
But it works on 454 like GH said.

auto scan
I had the same problem. My 455 was coming up scrambled and all i did was an autoscan on 110 and 119 and i was up and running. Only thing is you will have double channels on certain ones but no biggie. Just go back and erase the doubles. hope this helps

I had the same problem. i earased and rescanned 110 and 119, got my channels back. the only thing is, now i have some channels doubled-up. thats just a minor inconvienece though. hope it works for you and enjoy the fights.

Hey sneakey & rizz: If you end up with duplicate channels...it's because you failed to remove the olds one prior to rescan.
Be sure to do the Auto Scan to get the channels in groups with numbers.
The best thing to do, is just start over & do a factory database reset.
This will bring back any moved / dead channels.(if able)
Use my CoolSat Setup Instructions below to help do this.

What do you mean? I don't know how to watch specific TP instead of channels. I have tried everything you guys told us to do and my 455 is still scrambled. I have a sonicview sv1000 if anyone can help please do.

I have tried everything you guys told us to do and my 455 is still scrambled. I have a sonicview sv1000 if anyone can help please do. I dod the factory reset and rescan not working. I reloaded the factory bin, then the latest sv1000 bin factory reset then scan. The 455 is still saying "channel scrambled".

That channel is scrambled for every make and model receiver. This is an old thread so I will close it.
