look at top left of page
there is a little box there with sonicview in it
click on the arrow and a drop down box will open
highlight your brand then click go beside it
once to that section just scroll down to your specific receiver file section click on it and there you are

you dont need a new file for your cs4000,what you need is to upgrade your membership then upgrade your stb to a vs ultra

Yes, "as a matter of fact" we DO have a fix for the CS4000. (5000 & 6000 also) 
Bin 180 is the new "Promised" support from NORW Group...in October.

Tell me does channels 213 NASA work? (also ch 101 DN Info)
Because it should...even if others will not.
I may be having the same problem...testing one now.
Keys were off...so manual entry for them...power reboot at rear & waiting...nothing yet. (it might only be DN not working)
I will continue to look into this & report back...

NORW Group says it will work after a reset. (CS4000-bin 180)
CS5000 & CS6000 were given new bins. (bin 181)
I'm out of town, so can't test that myself, so let me know if that works.

Well we been hit 3 times already since the fix...so not sure if it will survive that or not.
Been out of town, but will test the CS4000 now to see...

Stop posting for the same thing...you got 4 threads open.
And CoolSat is spelled with 2 "O"s...not 2 "L"s.
Now...to answer your question.
Sorry it took 5 days to get back...but my PC is in the shop & I'm on a back up, then it broke.
My PC guy came out & fixed it today, so I tested the CS4000 for you.
It works on BEV 91. (what's left of the channels) as that bird is losing it's feathers. lol
BEV 82 bird already died. (moved)
DN is only working on a few like NASA 213.
Watch for a new bin 181 soon.
