Hi,
Can anyone can confirm this is the right cable I do need to use to load bins to CS4000 from my laptop.My laptop does not have any serial port.
I found this cable in Canada computers website.

You will still need to plug that cable into your Null modem that came with the STB... Or use a Null Modem adaptor.....
laptop->serial->null modem->stb
serial to usb adapter,,,if u run vista,,it will find the driver for u,,,with xp,,u may need to search, google or other search engines,, if u need driver,,,type in : usb to serial driver,, u will find the driver u need,, if u need help setting it up,,after u got ur adapter installed,,ask again for help
