Your experience is a classic case study, in why, many in this hobby elect to have two receivers from different manufacturers. Get yourself a secondary receiver ... problem solved.

I can remember when I was testing the cs4000 many moons ago and it was a great little receiver.
That's when it had good support and it first came out.
Like anything else newer improvements and better equipment comes along and in order to keep in the game sometimes you just have to get rid of the old and bring in the new....

yeah ur right there but dont seem like a good idea at this point with n3 right around the corner... but i kind of wish i knew why they didn't make a new file for the 4000 is it cuse they couid not make it work or is it cuse they said to hell with the 4000. but bottom line there support sucks and be best if every one stop buying there stb and hit them where it hurts in the wallet but pansats are starting to look pretty good now

Re: coll sat 4,5,6000
CS claims the last file for the 4000 is good for dn, I don't know if that is actually true.

Re: coll sat 4,5,6000
Thanks I'd appreciate the feedback, like I said that's what they say but I don't know if it's true.

No answers because there isn't one until it gets implemented. However nfusion does have a little something working with nag 3 on bev for now.

Re: coll sat 4,5,6000
Maybe yes maybe no, it all depends on how big the files will need to be and how much memory the receiver has and if the coders want to continue making files for certain models etc.
