Its no more suport for this receiver any more?only 5000 and 6000 get the suportwe stell here , we need files if you can help us please?

Get a back up receiver ... some CW units can be had for like $100.00, its not worth complaining about, the CS4000 is an older unit but still a great FTA receiver.

want to thank coolsat for screwing with its customers again and releasing no file without any notice and this time singling out the 4000 .you will never get our business again just boycott their products and throw in the trash any coolsat product. thanks for making tv watching complicated

hey , why we have to pay every months to load the files?if you dont pay you can not load the files , one think we ask lot time about the files for collsat 4000.5000 and6000 has tuo files and 4000 need the files please help us please.

We don't make the files and coolsat hasn't released a file for the 4000, but when they make one we will have it here.

Not sure this is the only statement they have "4000 being worked on"
