Coolsat auto roll fix? - ABA DSS

How about this the lowley pansat 1500 has a auto roll fix and the 2500 also.
What is going on with coolsat? They have worked hard the last few weeks
to get peoples confidense back, now this! Has anyone heard from norw
group? There is nothing being said much on the coolsat site. Maybe norw
group took off for thanksgiving.

They suck and I would never get another Coolsat again unless I dislike someone. I have had Coolsats since they first came out and once NW group took over it has turned into another BlackBird (really spotty).

Carp who was in control before nw group? You advised me several months
ago to go with viewsat, which I have. Im purchasing the viewsat lite now.
I really did hate to see us lose the vs 2000 plat, I loved this receiver. Do
you think we will still get the same good support?
People complain about the latest bin file, I keep my mouth shut, I know that
vs is really trying to take care of their customers.

jaycool...When you say "lose VS 2000 Plat"...are you talking about manufacture or support? SatelliteJunkie
PS. And why didn't you get the newly released Ultra? Seems if you were going to buy into VS...you would get the latest version...maybe only a few more bucks for the best!

I understand that the vs plat 2000 has been discontinued, I was referring
to that fact and also asked if the support was still going to be there? Im
not quite ready to purchase the ultra at this time, I want to wait awhile
to see if there is any problems. Thanks for your reply

Viewsat is going to be around a long time and before NW group took over the coding Coolsat had it's own team to do it and thats when we used to see better programs and much faster releases.
