have loaded new bin on 5000 still showing scrambled,any ideas?

I loaded 172 24 hours ago, so far BEV is up, DN is still scrambled...anyone else with this problem?

My 5000 is working GREAT with the 172 bin on Diknet....Have 4 different receivers but when I have a working bin the 5000 is the one plugged to my TV !!!!!
