The 4K,5K,6K and soon to be 7k are considered odd's. Coolsat have the new 100 series if you own one you will be supported. Good luck on any old unsupported models.

7000 cs is up and running has been up for awhile....4k,5k,6k are still waiting for update bin.

like the rest say, we have to wait, true 6100 and up are up... we're watchin tapes, we r desperate, after a year of checkin for a fix once a hour... I check couple times a day and save on the blood pressure. It should b back within the next couple days. SV- VS are quickest back up most of the time.hang in there. If u can afford it I would do away with the aggravation, other wise patience is required... alot. Have a good one.

its ashame the coolsat 5000 was a great box i can't believe there letting it go to waste.

CS5000 is a great box......when it works. One thing for sure, next box I buy won't be a CS. No support.........even the latest receivers are nver the first ones out. They lost me as a customer.

Just ordered a viewsat9000hd to replace cs6000 because I think from post that cs4/5/6 are alway going to be last on the list if at all.

go with the support of all boxes sonicview is the best box the support #1 for all boxes.you buy a box you would like the support.maybe i get coolsat box if it free i would not buy one.go sonicview #11111111111111111111
