actually i think that this is the first ufc fight in a LONG time that coolsat has been down for

For the actual LIVE broadcast this is the second coolsat5K miss, it's hard to really notice because there is at least 2 weeks of re-run programing after the live event. But because I only have a coolsat 5K (sonicview 360 elite it still in the delivery process) and never miss a UFC I know when I'm suckin wind and forced to read sherdog's play by play because of coolsat's crappy support team... heads up for the new FTA folks that think the newer coolsat receivers will have support a year from now, be ready to move on... just my 2 cents (Canadian).

You know, I get really tired of peeps bashing the CoolSat Support.
There is NOTHING wrong with CoolSat support.
I saw the fight just fine on my CoolSat.
The ones who complain are the ones who still own a freakin' dinosaur unit.

Get with the program folks...spend a bill, and you could be watching 1250 channels 24/7 just like me. (except for a few hours down on ECM day...about once a week)

I got CS 4/5/6 units stacked & collecting dust...but you don't hear me complaining about no TV.

The support was stopped due to clones. (what part of that was hard to understand?)

For $100. you can own a CS6100 and never complain again.
And next year...the support will be just fine too...just like it has been ever since 1984. (as far as I know)

That's right...FTA has been around a long time...and will continue to be around.
Speaking of being around...CoolSat has been around the longest...second only to PanSat.

LOL...the coolsat 6000 was not exactly a dinosaur when the support stopped. Some only had it for a month or so. In an event, time to move on. I have nothing against cs, however I switched to a cw800 and am much happier now!

thats right the 6k model is 2007 edition,guys just move on and get another brand like sv or vs i will never get another cs in my life

No your right.
The CS6000 was not old when the end came.
My own mother got burned with a CS6K only about 3 months old.
But she went ahead & got the CS6100...and not a peep out of her anymore. (when they don't complain...it's because their TV is working.

)

How true that is...hooked my parents up with two great supported boxes and i don't hear anything either.

any one try 1.64 or 1.66 for bev
