No horizontal channels

Hello all. I have a cs5000, and im using a directv 18" dish with 2 lnbs. I am having trouble getting any signal on horizontal channels. I have changed lnbs, cable, and dish. Whenever i do an auto scan on 110, i only get 171 channels, which are all on vertical. I go to manual scan and manually go to tp #2, which is horizontal, and have no signal. I repeat this through all tp's with the same outcome. Can anybody help???
