regarding bin 181

Hi, I've been a long time lurker first time poster. . and even though i know how to dl bins and install them thats about it.. but i am using bin 181 on my coolsat on DN and i did that factory reset AFTER i installed it and i i tried rescanning my channels on 110 and 119 but still i am misssing over 50% of the channels i originally had sorry this is so long but if anyone can help it will be greatly appreciated.. and if this is posted in the wrong spot i apologize in advance thanks. .

that means that is something wrong on your settins,and that bin is having freezing problems so you have to wait for new bin

you have to tell me what cain of lnb you have,lets say you got dish pro you seting will be like this:
echo 7 119.0w
lnb power on
lnb type ocs dp
lnb freq 11250
22khz off
diseqc switch 1.0
committed 1
legacy sw off

echo 8.10 110.0w
lnb power on
lnb type ocs dp
lnb freq 11250
22khz off
diseqc switch 1.0
commited 2
legacy sw off

actually i was tinkering around in the settings and i got the channels back! except now i got duplicate channels but i would so rather have that then no channels at all... THANKS mandydish your info was ALmost as good as sex itself lol thanks

if you had the 22khz on when you scan, do a factory restet and fix your setting right and rescan again,that will take care of the double chanels

you can go to channel organiz. and delete the duplicate channels if u want
