loader problems

i want to blow the dust off the cs5000. i tried to load new bin and the loader screen just stays the same. it reads " connect your receiver and turn on" but nothing happens. ive tried com1 com 2 com3 ect. no luck. hard boot. factory reset no luck. is there another loader?? the loader im using csat pro loader v2.4

The last bin 182 is not good. Check your setup with a previous BIN or factoty file and then wait for a new BIN.

no luck . loaded an old bin. the loader still the same.

are you using a straighr serial plug or a usb to serial adapter?

mndoza6969 i have a coolstat 6000 i loaded 182 and not even the keys rolled over all blank. what do i do ? help

use the new bin 183

i have narrowed it down to my computer. a buddy loaded the box and checked my cable on his lap top. something went south on my computer and has something to do with the db9 cable port.
thanks for the help so far. any ideas on the db9 port??

had the same thing with a new cs5000 and it was a bad cable.
