You can check the current information about your receiver, such as; model name, S/W Version, H/W Version, etc. Just hit the "MENU" button, and scroll down to "System Information."
I have been using my CS5000 for a few months. It works great!! Testers report latest BIN 184 is working excellent for them, no problems.

Just go to the "Keys" section of this web site for the latest keys, however, you should not have to enter the keys manually.
The information your receiver is giving you is that you are using the latest software fix(184) and all other info looks correct. Check all of your connections, a switch, if you're using one, and then do a factory reset. This function is also found in your stb's menu.
Good luck, let us know if this worked. If it didn't we can try something else.

Phoxx,Thank you for your Help! Yes, I checked the keys and they are all updated. The connections are also good. I've been using cs 5k unit for a couple of years, so there shouldn't be anything wrong with that. The factory reset was done before my last post. Let me put more info here:
(Dish setting)
Satellite---91.0 W Nimiq 1, 3
LNB Power---on
LNB Type---Single
LNB Freq---11.250
22KHz---on
DiSEqC switch---1.0
Commited---1
Lecacy SW---SW 21 Dish 1
(Motorized Setting)
Satellite---91.0 W Nimiq 1,3
Frequency---(1) 12.224 GHz(V)
DiSEqC Motor---1.2
Move---Stop
Move Fine---Stop
Limit---Motor Control
(Autoroll Options)
All set "on"
Can you see if there is anything set wrong? Is there any upgrade file(other then BIns) for 5k unit ? I mean between Bin 182 and 184 period?

Re: 184 works?
91W (B3V is down) ... and will be for some time, in all likleyhood.
You are going to want to re-point your dish (turn it) towards 110 and 119.
Perhaps do a little reading in the Dish Pointing Forum, here:
