you need to download to your pc then right click and choose extract here

i added a zip version in case you don't have winrar

ok i will try but the only fix i am finding is that charlie fix and it wont open it wants to open in acrobat reader

when it prompts you how to want to open click save to your desktop and then unzip it and extract it

so all the fixes arent zip files that was my problem once someone put it as a zip i had no problem doing it

yeah some use winrar to make rar files its just another way to compress a large file down

i prefer zip files myself so when i load a file it is always zip
if i get one that is rar i always convert it to zip

thats why i love this place you guys have all the neet answers, i have a cs5000,also a cs7100,while my 7100 is down i still have the oldie but goodie to fall back on,it took me a while to remember how to download a file via the cable instead of the usb,but have done it

u may want to download a file extractor ,,there are several that offer free evaluation trials ,,,winace and winrar are just 2 that work quite well
they both can extract a .rar file and .zip file
