Is any light on your box still on, if yes. You need to load a factory bin for your box, then load the new bin 131, you should be ok

1) Turn off the switch on the back of your CS.
2) Connect CS to pc.
3) Open CS loader, browse the latest file 1.31.
4) Press connect.
5) Turn on the switch of your CS.

Am I doing this right?
Grasshopper, I did like you said and it keeps reverting back to the same thing the light goes across and then it flashes a channel next the TV appears to get a picture with no screenand then turns itself off and starts over again. Can I erase and re-set the box if so what loader should I use. Or does the new bin simply replace the old.
Thank you for your continued support.
