bin file 127

went to the download sec here but didn't find a cs5000 fix 127 bin in a zip form wonder if i could get a zipped file for a 127 fix or where to look for it ?

if your looking for a cs 5000 file it should be in the cs5000DL section, if its noy there it may not be out yet.

You will need to extract the file with winrar or winzip...

well jc thats the problem i can't find theolder 127 fix here in the cs5000 download sec theres only a 204 zipped fix which i have , and the area has been closed out

hey geo,, good morning,, i went to that link jc posted,,the zip file is there,,u just got to click on the link and it will ask u where to save it,,manuever to ur desktop and save it there,,once its downloaded,,close the box and minimize ur browser,,look on ur desktop ,, it should be there,,, and if ur using winxp or winvista,,chances are u got a file extractor already on ur computer,,, just put ur mouse over it,,right click it,,a new box should appear,,,choose the option that says : extract here, or extract to desktop ,, it will then unzip ur file,,once unzipped,,it is ready to load into ur coolsat ,, if u dont got a file extractor,, u can download one and get the free trial version ,,,either www.winzip.com or www.winrar.com or www.winace.com will work and its free,, the latter 2 ,,also extract .rar files,,so u may want to pick one of those,,

well john i went to the download sec to request the 127 file in zip form and i think i went to the right place it was the request specific file place and i requested the 127 file in zip form hope i did itt right

if u look at the file,,the last 3 numbers are 127 ,,, there is no file called 127,, if u want file 127,,its the one that was first posted by jc ,,that is how they are numbered,,, 20090127 is file 127 ,,it means its from 2009 ,,january hence the 01,,,and it was released on the 27th,,the last 2 digits tells u that,, if ur asking for file 127 ,,that is the one ,, hope this helps ,,good luck

yes when u unzip it it says its file 193 ,, i believe they are changing the way they name the files,, so the date is included on it,,so people can better understand when they were released,, they were originally numbered differently,,with each new file being one number higher then the last one,, 182, then 183 ,,then 184 etc ,, with the new way of naming them,,u can tell in an instant when they was released,, i could be wrong,,but this is the only thing that makes sense to me ,,if im wrong on this,,could someone better explain it,,so we all get on the same page,,and no one gets confused,,thanks all

bin 127 is not a cardless fix
you would have to have a card reader and a card but the file is in the link jc gave you and it is zip form
