HOW TO INSTALL & USE THE NEW 143 LOADER- STEP BY STEP
How to install the loader...
1. Download the zip file
2. Create a new folder on your hard drive to extract the file to
3. Unzip the loader program to this new folder you just created
4. Open the folder and double click on the install.bat file (this will move the msflxgrd.ocx file to the Windows/system32 folder)
5. Double click the Loader_V141US.exe to open the program
You are now ready to use the loader program...
Download the Factory Bin and the Latest Bin file and unzip both of these to the folder you have created for the loader program.
Connect the null cable to the receiver and to your computer serial port
Turn on the receiver
Open the loader program if you haven't done so allready.
How to Upload/Download a hex file (bin file)
1. Click on Upload/Download Button
2. Choose the direction either PC to Receiver or Receiver to PC
3. Choose transmission type (Hex or Softcam file)
4. Click on Connect (loader will find available com port)
5. Click on file
6. If you are uploading a file to the receiver, locate the bin file name you wish to upload and click on the file name, then click OPEN
If you are downloading a file from the receiver to your computer, type in a file name you wish to save as.
You can also choose at this time what folder you wish to save it to, click open
This window will now close and you will be taken back to the loader
7. To transfer the file click START.
A percentage bar on the bottom of the loader will indicate the amount of file transfer.
When it is finished the receiver LED will say END.
And the loader will say loading complete...WAIT 30 seconds before clicking the OK if uploading a file to the receiver to allow
for the file to completely finish burning into the flash memory. Failure to wait may cause a corrupted load as the receiver will
automatically reboot as soon as you click the OK button.
If downloading a file the process is the same as above but when the file has completed transferring to your computer just click OK
when it says loading complete.
You may now close the loader window and exit the loader program.
