when you click "browse" on the loader(or after you have downloaded the file),right click the file and where it says "open with...",click "Iceows".A new window will open so right click the icon,then click "extract".Now close that window,click the new extracted file to highlight it and then click open.Your window will change back to the loader with the file visible in the window.With your stb connected to the computer(null cable)and your stb turned off at the back you then turn the rearswitch back on and as soon as the red light appears on the front screen,click "load".Double zeroes will appear and then display the progress of the file.It sometimes takes several trys to get your timming right.G'luck
