Not much of anything you can do until a new file comes out for it if one does or you can point your dish to true fta and use it for that.

The CoolSat 4000/5000/6000 receivers do not have USB ports to update.
Even the new CoolSat6100 Private (with USB port) has not been properly supported...and of course, all units are down now.
I don't know what the future holds for CoolSat as they have been unreliable as of late.
My guess is that later when a cardless solution arrives, we might see continued support for at least the CS6100 & up.
However, the CS6000 is a great "true FTA" receiver. (see post above for True FTA info)
