YES I AM A NEWBIE AND I NEED TONS OF HELP, I GOT A COOLSAT 6000 and a dish 500 pro satellite, i have researched a little bit but i dont know what the terms means, what do i need to do to put my stuff up and running?

Is the antenna connected?
Do you know how to load a FTA receiver?

Start first by connecting the receiver to the dish.

Find the direction (azimuth) and tilt (elevation) of the dish to point to. This depends on the satellite you want to receive. If you looking for 110/119, you can use the dishpnt tool in this forum that will give you your elevation and azimuth based on your zipcode. Once you align the dish and get a good signal, then you can start learning about loading the receiver with the correct bin.

please,next time,wile starting a new thread,as you know title:
help,help,help etc.will not help others with your same problem/well it can,but many wont search/look here.
please state what you need help with in future threads,this way people looking/searching for help will know where to look easy.
